The 2011 IAP2 Wild Rose
Chapter's AGM will take place on April 29th at the Heritage Park Opera
House. Please join us after lunch for a panel discussion as three
practitioners, experienced in social media, increasingly utilitize these
new engagement methods to reach out to a public that is not necessarily
motivated by traditional engagement techniques. This year's panelists
are:
Troy Wason - President at WMS Communications:
Troy is a digital marketer with broad experience in traditional marketing areas as well as digital distribution channels. Specializing in work related to politics, participatory democracy & government, Troy is involved in consulting work as well as group and individual training.
Daorcey Le Bray - Communications Advisor to the Mayor of Calgary
Daorcey is a strategic communication professional with much of experience as a public relations consultant. His clients have spanned a variety of industries including oil and gas, energy, consumer electronics, technology, transportation, financial services, agriculture, travel and tourism, real estate, clean tech, pharmaceutical, legal, and non-profit.
